PC doesn't recognize device

     When I plug in my MaxiCheck to my pc via a usb cable, I get a message saying "The usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and the computer doesn't recognize it."   In the past, it always worked okay.  How can I solve this problem?

     hi im having same problem with my maxi check also when you go to the downloads for maxi check update it doesn't show that diagnostic  tool have you seen it listed at all does it support this model .
